Welcome to a pretty musical week! As you might guess, the name “Harmonic” comes of no coincidence for our brewery. Our BrewMaster and Co-founder Eddie and our Head of Sales and Co-founder Jon have both been musically active for most of their lives as bass and guitar players. Our Taproom Manager J-Long is about as avid and passionate of a hip-hop fan as they come. Our Assistant Brewer and Assistant Taproom Manager Raziel is a classical guitarist that studied at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and Akademie Fur Tonkunst. So, ya, we really like music here, which is why we try to bring talented and diverse groups here to play for our customers. Check out what we got for the week:
Monday: Open 4-9pm with Adrian bartending and blasting punk and metal music
Tuesday: Open at 4-9pm for El Chino Grande’s Taco Tuesday with live bluegrass music by Bill Philippe with BrewMaster Eddie and our former-bartender-turned-Head-Brewer-of-BareBottle-Brewing Magic on the saxophone! While we’re excited to have our guest appearances, this act is all about Bill Philippe and his take on the Blues genre. It’s not exactly what you’d expect. Think blues, but with a old country/folk/storytelling sort of vibe with instrumentation that emotes beauty and eeriness.
4pm: Char Siu Pork Belly, North Shore Garlic Shrimp, Misoyaki Portuguese Sausage tacos
6pm: Bill Philippe
Wednesday: Open at 3pm. Giants vs. Blue Jays 4pm and Game 5 of Warriors vs. Clippers! Come hang out with Nick behind the bar!
Thursday: Open at 3pm with Spunbyss Food Truck serving at 4pm! Have you tried their Impossible Burger? Do you typically eat veggie burgers? Personally, I don’t, which is why this Impossible Burger made up of a plant based patty, garlic vinegar dressed slaw, honey Chipotle sauce, and pickled chilis makes no f*cking sense to us. IT’S SO GOOD! You have to come have it!
Friday: Open at 2pm with Sip & Slide food truck at 4pm and live music from the Sea 7 Live at 7pm! Sip & Slide offers it all, but might I recommend the Super Mario Bros. Slider: a slider with Southern fried chicken, marinara sauce, pesto, fresh mozzarella and a blend of asiago, parmesan & romano. Delicious! And then with Sea 7 Live, they’re a talented band across the board, which…you don’t always find in cover bands. They’ll be playing hits from all eras with incredibly tight vocal harmonies, shredding guitars, and a tight rhythm section. Come sing along! Giants vs. Yankees 7:15pm.
Saturday: Open at 12pm with Fresh Catch serving up all kinds of seafood and more at 2pm! Oysters, lobster, shrimp, onion rings - they always have incredible stuff. Also did you know that you can order extremely fresh seafood from Fresh Catch and pick it up right here at Harmonic? Just go online to https://www.tryfreshcatch.com/ and place an order and then select your pickup location as Harmonic Brewing! Ordering is available for pickup every Wednesday from 3-9pm at Harmonic. Giants vs. Yankees 1:05pm.
Sunday: Open at 12pm with an incredible and award winning pop-up Pinoy Heritage at 1pm. Ya know, the pop-up that was named the “2018 Rising Star” by SF Chronicle. The pop-up that won “Exceptional Non-Brick and Mortar Restaurant of the Year” by the Golden Gate Restaurant Association. Foodies and Harmonic regulars: your time is now!
