We are coming at you again with an incredible pairing lined up from our buddy and master cheese monger: Alex Armstrong from Mission Cheese. One 30$ ticket gets you four, 5-ounce beers and four cheese pairings. In addition, Alex will have a Raclette machine in house, serving melted cheese on a variety of options, a la carte! Our head brewer Ed Gobbo will be onsite with Alex to talk to everyone about the pairing and how great cheese and beer work together.
