Laksa is a rich, coconut chicken & shrimp soup made with a specific/authentic paste that you literally cannot find anywhere in San Francisco. This paste is produced by only 2 families in Borneo and they gave Jessy, Owner and Chef of Halénia, their blessing to replicate it. Jessy is an incredible inspiration to us all here at Harmonic.
